由湖南省消费者协会、湖南师范大学消费经济研究所、《消费经济》杂志联合举办的“在社会主义市场经济条件下保护消费者权益”座谈会,今天在我校隆重举行,我代表湖南师范大学党委和行政,对来我校参加座谈会的领导、专家、教授,企业界和新闻界朋友们,表示热烈的欢迎。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,消费问题越来越重要。保护消费者权益的问题也越来越重要。前不久,全国人大常委会颁布了《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》,就把这一问题纳入了法制化轨道,这说明了党和国家对保护消费者权益的重视。为了适应社会主义市场经济的发展,保持湖南研究消费经济的特色,我校最近引进了我国消费经济学的主要创始人尹世杰教授,消费经济学中青年骨干蔡德容教授等,加上我校原有的消费经济研究人员,成立了湖南师范大学消费经济研究所。我们将以社会主义市场经济体制下的消费 The Symposium on “Protecting the Rights and Interests of Consumers under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy” jointly organized by Hunan Consumer Association, Institute of Consumption Economics of Hunan Normal University and “Consumption Economy” was held in our school today. In order to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy and maintain the characteristics of Hunan's study of the consumption economy, our school recently introduced Professor Yin Shijie, the chief founder of consumer economics in our country, Professor Cai Derong, the young backbone of consumer economics, Consumer economy researchers, set up a Hunan Normal University Institute of consumer economics.
