对多联机室外机实行雾化喷淋技术可有效降低室外机冷凝器周边的环境温度和翅片的表面温度,冷凝器的换热效果提高,加快了制冷剂蒸汽的冷凝速度,提高系统运行效率达到节能的目的。以实际改造工程为例,实测了实施雾化喷淋改造的多联机系统在喷雾前后空气温度和用电量的变化。结果表明在测试条件下,室外机喷雾后翅片进风口温度能够在极短的时间内降低4~7.5℃,出风口温度能够降低2~3.6℃,平均节能率达到7.80%。因此,对多联机风冷室外机实行雾化喷淋改造节能效果显著。
