为了可靠地进行高加浓铀和钚的萃取过程,研究了一种结构简单的临界安全的混合澄清槽。通过三级槽的级联水力学和传质实验研究,认为:该混合澄清槽结构简单,临界安全性好,流动稳定,操作弹性大(流比为O/A=0.5~5,萃取效率高(E_x=90%)。在前人基础上,本研究开发的半开涡轮与梯形复合浆在较低转速时有很强的抽吸力和良好的混合效果,通过实验获得了适宜的搅拌转速值(250~280r/min)。
In order to reliably carry out the extraction process of highly enriched uranium and plutonium, a simple and safe critical mixture tank for clarification was studied. Through the cascade hydraulics and mass transfer experimental study of the three-stage tank, it is considered that the mixed clarification tank has the advantages of simple structure, good critical safety, stable flow and high operation flexibility (the flow ratio is O / A = 0.5-5 and the extraction efficiency is high (E_x = 90%) .On the basis of the predecessors, the semi-open turbine and trapezoidal composite slurry developed in this study have strong suction force and good mixing effect at lower rotational speed, and the optimum stirring speed Value (250 ~ 280r / min).
