晨间谈话是教师和幼儿情感交流的最好时机,这项工作做好了,孩子在一天中,将会按教师的嘱咐、提示和要求去行动和表现。俗话说:“良好的开端是成功的一半。”孩子在清晨入园时,感情得到满足,情绪得以稳定,不良因素得以控制,在全天的学习、生活中,将会处于良好状态。这不仅促进了幼儿身心健康发展,而且对培养幼儿良好的行为习惯,也起着潜移默化的作用。 晨间谈话可以是个别谈话,也可以进行集体谈话。从内容上看,个别谈话可分四种:
Morning conversation is the best time for emotional exchanges between teachers and young children. The work is done well. Children will be prompted and required to act and behave according to teacher’s instructions in a day. As the saying goes: “Good start is half done.” When children enter the park early in the morning, their feelings are satisfied, their emotions are stabilized, their bad factors are controlled and they will be in good condition throughout their days of study and life. This not only promotes the physical and mental health development of young children, but also plays a subtle role in cultivating young children’s good behavior habits. Morning conversations can be individual conversations or collective conversations. From the content point of view, individual talk can be divided into four types:
