驻马店地区电信局数据中心DDN公网采用N.E.T.(Network Equipment Technologies)的Promina 800系列多业务平台,包括Promina 800、400、200和100四种规格,为客户提供话音、传真、数据、会议电视等各种应用流量在单一平台上的接入和交换,支持ATM、帧中继、IP、DDN以及ISDN等多种网络协议,能够满足电信企业的综合业务应用需求,同时保障应用的高可用性和高效性。在由Promina 800系列多业务接入平台所组成的网络中,每个节点都具有网管功能。驻马店市目前有5个分散的节点,如何利用N.E.T.公司的网管平台进行网络管理,使其网络结构更加合理?并且强大的网管功能具有哪些显著的特点?下面笔者就实际管理网络的经验总结如下:
