“民营林”和“民营林业”的提法充分体现了我国林业的特色。在国内应推广使用“民营林”和“民营林业”的提法 ,而不用“私有林”和“私有林业”的提法 ;在对外交流时 ,可用“私营林”和“私营林业”的提法。这样即可体现我国林业的实际 ,又不会引起外国同行的误解。 The formulation of “private-owned forest” and “private-owned forestry” fully reflects the characteristics of China’s forestry. Instead of referring to “private forest” and “private forestry”, the reference to “private forest” and “private forestry” should be promoted in China. In the case of foreign exchange, the terms “private forest” and “private forestry” should be used law. This will reflect the reality of our country’s forestry, but will not cause misunderstanding of foreign counterparts.
