牡丹江作为内陆和经济欠发达的城市,在转变经济增长方式战略调整的重要时期,发展文化产业成为产业升级优化的主要选择。近年来牡丹江市的文化产业发展步伐明显加快,但存在诸多制约因素。因此要积极培育文化市场,走集约化经营的道路,完善文化经济政策,调动多方经济力量参与文化产业发展,加大科技创新力度,提高文化产业的科技力量。
