航空航天产品的生命周期通常超过70年,工程图纸归档与长期保存对于航空航天产品来说十分关键。目前,许多企业正在将传统的2D工程图纸替换到更加先进的3D标注模型。因此,研究如何长期保存3D条件下的产品定义数据十分必要和迫切。本文讨论了带有几何图形、尺寸公差以及其他规格信息的3D标注模型长期归档保存问题,分析了国际上3D标注模型长期归档项目的研究状况,并提出一种符合国内航空工业的归档思路。
Aerospace products typically have a life cycle of over 70 years and archiving and long-term engineering drawings are critical to aerospace products. Currently, many businesses are replacing traditional 2D engineering drawings with more advanced 3D annotation models. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to study how to preserve the product definition data under 3D condition for a long time. This paper discusses the long-term archiving of 3D annotation models with geometry, dimensional tolerances and other specification information, analyzes the research status of the long-term archiving projects of 3D annotation models in the world, and proposes an archiving idea in line with the domestic aviation industry.
