采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了Al_2O_3的含量对TiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂催化乙苯脱氢制备苯乙烯性能的影响。研究结果表明,加入20%Al_2O_3后,乙苯转化率显著提高,进一步提高Al_2O_3含量,乙苯转化率降低,但稳定性提高。BET、XRD表征结果显示,Al_2O_3的加入可以稳定TiO_2锐钛矿结构,减小氧化钛粒径,提高催化剂表面积。Raman光谱显示部分Ti~(4+)被Al~(3+)取代。
The TiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The effect of Al 2 O 3 content on the performance of TiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 catalyst for the styrene production from ethylbenzene dehydrogenation was investigated. The results showed that after the addition of 20% Al 2 O 3, the conversion of ethylbenzene remarkably increased. With the increase of Al 2 O 3 content, the conversion of ethylbenzene decreased but the stability increased. The results of BET and XRD indicated that the addition of Al 2 O 3 could stabilize the TiO 2 anatase structure, decrease the particle size of titanium oxide and increase the surface area of the catalyst. Raman spectra show that part of Ti ~ (4+) is substituted by Al ~ (3+).
