离退休职工的管理工作作为企业管理的一项重要工作,涉及到非常广泛的工作内容。对于企业离退休职工的管理关系到企业的长远发展,关系到企业的和谐稳定。关注离退休职工的生活安置问题,从企业的制度、发展机制出发,切实的解决离退休职工的管理问题,能为企业职工解决后顾之忧,能够起到完善企业的管理制度,提升的企业的管理能力的作用。本文从现阶段我国离退休职工管理工作的现状出发,抓住管理工作的重点,提出具体的解决对策,希望能够实现对企业离退休职工的妥善管理。
