针对现有技术的不足,对驱动油缸垂直安装的剪叉式液压升降机做了改进设计,采用U形连接架将驱动油缸同剪叉臂的横梁相连接,连接架的横撑同油缸两端采用球铰实现可靠地转动连接,以减小偏载;用插装阀设计了一种可回收重力势能液压系统,以提高液压系统的抗污染能力、工作可靠性和效率,降低能耗。
Aiming at the deficiency of the prior art, the scissor type hydraulic elevator vertically mounted on the driving oil cylinder is improved in design. The U-shaped connecting frame is used to connect the driving oil cylinder with the beam of the scissor arm. The cross brace of the connecting frame is used at both ends of the cylinder The ball joint can realize the reliable rotation connection to reduce the partial load. A hydraulic system which can recover the gravity potential energy is designed by the cartridge valve to improve the anti-pollution ability, work reliability and efficiency of the hydraulic system and reduce the energy consumption.
