天津航海学会曾就开发海河、改变目前海河被封的状态进行过学术交流。与会人员一致从学术和发展天津经济的角度,否定了曾被宣扬为成绩实则将海河变废的四新桥。认为要加速我国及天津的四个现代化建设速度,必须开发海河,“还我海河”。呼请有关部门予以足够的重视。本期刊载江岳和俞渭川两同志所写有关海河水系利用方面的两篇文章。作者从古今中外的资料分析着手,提出了目前海河水系航运和驳运存在的问题,并针对问题提出了发展海河运输事业的建设性意见和方案。——编者
Tianjin Maritime Academy had to develop the Haihe, Haihe River to change the current status of the seal had academic exchanges.
