本文通过对我国广告业执法效率的影响因素进行分析,在此基础上基于省级面板数据对我国30个省市区2004~2010年的广告业监管进行了实证分析。结果表明,广告业的合规性与媒体的规模大小、经济发展程度、市场化程度等因素有关。针对我国广告业的规制和广告业监管执法效率的提高提出相应政策建议。
This article analyzes the influencing factors of the law enforcement efficiency of advertising industry in our country. Based on this, this paper empirically analyzes the regulation of advertising industry in 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2010 based on the provincial panel data. The results show that the compliance of the advertising industry is related to the size of the media, the degree of economic development and the degree of marketization. In view of the regulation of our advertising industry and the improvement of the efficiency of the supervision and law enforcement in the advertising industry, we put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
