通过定量金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线小角度散射方法研究KQ450微合金钢在不同控制轧制条件下,工艺参数对其铁素体晶粒细化和析出物行为的影响.结果表明:加热温度对KQ450微合金钢晶粒粗化比较敏感;析出相是面心立方结构的NbC,VC和V(CN).析出物的平均尺寸随冷却速度的增大而减小.
The effects of technological parameters on the grain refinement and precipitation behavior of ferrite under different controlled rolling conditions were investigated by quantitative metallography, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray low angle scattering. The results show that the heating temperature is sensitive to the grain coarsening of KQ450 microalloyed steel. The precipitated phases are face-centered cubic NbC, VC and V (CN). The average size of precipitates decreases with increasing cooling rate.
