密实硅酸盐混凝土是一种用石灰—二氧化硅胶结料和细骨料配制的拌合物,经蒸压处理后硬化的人造硅酸盐石材。苏联在30年代在世界上首先组织了密实硅酸盐混凝土制品的试生产,大量生产始于50年代初期。开始生产的是大型空心砌块,后来生产了普通钢筋硅酸盐混凝土空心楼板。60年代末苏联建起了几座生产厚200毫米、垂直分块的半间内墙板工厂。70年代初苏联和东德合作研究生产整间内墙板和长6米的预应力楼板的传送带工艺自动生产线。在苏联和东德分别建起了一座工业性试验工厂,于1979年投产。
Densified silicate concrete is an artificial silicate stone that is hardened by autoclaving after being mixed with lime-silica cement and fine aggregate. The Soviet Union organized the first trial production of dense silicate concrete products in the world in the 1930s. Mass production began in the early 1950s. The large-scale hollow blocks began to be produced, and ordinary steel reinforced concrete hollow floor slabs were subsequently produced. At the end of the 1960s, the Soviet Union built several half-timbered panels that produced 200 mm thick, vertically divided blocks. In the early 1970s, the Soviet Union and East Germany worked together to research and produce an automated conveyor line process for the production of interior wall panels and prestressed slabs with a length of 6 meters. An industrial pilot plant was built in the Soviet Union and East Germany and was put into operation in 1979.
