我厂六角车床原来是以继电器作为控制部分,每一台需要40只左右继电器来进行逻辑组合以实现控制。由于继电器是一种有触点的控制器件,所以经一段时间使用后,它的触点容易烧坏或产生接触不良现象,故障频繁,加之连线紊乱,给检修带来极大的不便。针对上述情况,我们改用了微机作为控制系统。由于控制对象大部分是开关量控制,即位控方式,所以我们采用了ES/14500一位微机系统。此型号微机具
