目的:探讨具有益气固表、调和营卫作用,用于小儿虚证感冒、小儿反复上呼吸道感染的小儿健颗粒的药理作用。方法:观察小儿健颗粒对脾虚证小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响;对免疫功能低下小鼠溶血性抗体生成的影响;对幼年小鼠免疫器官重量的影响。结果:小儿健颗粒具有提高脾虚小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数;提高免疫功能低下小鼠血清溶血素抗体含量;提高幼年小鼠脾脏和胸腺重量的作用。 Objective: To explore the pharmacological effects of Xiaojianjian Granules with Yiqi Guzhi and blending Yingwei on the children with complications of colds and repeated upper respiratory tract infections in children. Methods: To observe the effect of Xiaojianjian Granules on the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome; the influence of hemolytic antibody production in immunocompromised mice; and the effect on the weight of immune organs in young mice. Results: Xiaojianjian Granules could increase the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage cells in mice with spleen deficiency, increase the content of serum hemolysin antibody in immunocompromised mice, and increase the weight of spleen and thymus in juvenile mice.
