双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂是比环氧树脂耐湿热性能优异的高温类热固性树脂,正被考虑用来制造宇航器的主承力和次承力结构部件。相对于常用的模压和高压釜工艺,纤维缠绕是一种很可取的工艺,特别适于制造管、容器类圆筒形或矩形产品。但是关于BMI树脂用于纤维缠绕的却未见文献报导。本文将报告以下各方面的工作:1)适于湿法和预浸纱纤维缠绕的BMI配方。2)纤维缠绕BMIN脂层状制品的制作和性能。3)BMI树脂纤维缠绕工艺参数。
Bismaleimide (BMI) resin, a high temperature thermosetting resin superior to the hygrothermal resistance of epoxy resins, is being considered for the primary and secondary structural components of spacecraft. Filament winding is a very desirable process relative to the commonly used molding and autoclave processes and is particularly suitable for the manufacture of tube or container cylindrical or rectangular products. However, no literature has been reported on the use of BMI resin for fiber winding. This article reports on the following areas of work: 1) BMI formulations for wet-laid and pre-impregnated fiber winding. 2) Fabrication and properties of fiber wound BMIN lipid laminates. 3) BMI resin fiber winding process parameters.
