自毁型注射器对预防接种安全注射影响的评价

目的为了评价使用自毁型(AD)注射器对预防接种安全注射的影响,促进预防接种安全注射的实施。方法在湖北、安徽省每省随机抽取2个县,分设实验组和对照组,进行了问卷调查、现场观察和小组访谈。结果实验组村医安全注射知识的知晓率高于对照1组和对照2组,分别为94%、85%和88%;实验组村医安全注射行为正确率好于对照1组和对照2组,分别是83%、81%和73%。实验组和对照组儿童监护人对安全注射知识的知晓率分别为77%和60%(P<0·05)。结论卫生部/全球疫苗免疫联盟(GAVI)项目的开展,改善了乡村医生和当地居民安全注射的知、信、行。在AD注射器的使用过程中,应确保AD注射器的质量;正确回收、处理使用过的AD注射器和安全盒;继续加强安全注射知识与正确使用AD注射器技能的培训,提高培训效果;建立有效的管理制度。 Purpose To evaluate the impact of using self-destructive (AD) syringes for safe vaccination against vaccination and to promote safe vaccination against vaccination. Methods Two counties were randomly selected from Hubei and Anhui provinces. Experimental and control groups were divided into two groups. Questionnaires, field observations and group interviews were conducted. Results The awareness rate of safe injection of village doctors in experimental group was 94%, 85% and 88% higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2, respectively. The correct rate of injection in village medical group was better than that in control group 1 and control group 2 , Respectively 83%, 81% and 73%. The awareness rates of safe injection in child caregivers of experimental group and control group were 77% and 60%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion The Ministry of Health / Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) project has improved the knowledge, knowledge and practice of safe injection by village doctors and local residents. During the use of AD syringes, ensure the quality of AD syringes; correctly recover and dispose of used AD syringes and safety boxes; continue to enhance safety injection knowledge and proper use of AD syringes skills training to improve training effectiveness; establish effective management system.
