目的:建立生力片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用超声波法提取淫羊藿苷,高效液相色谱法测定其含量。色谱柱:SinoChromODS-BP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(29∶71),检测波长:270 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.5~25.0μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.9992,n=5)。结论:该法简便准确,重现性好,为生力片的质量控制方法提供了参考依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of icariin in Shengli tablets. Methods: Icariin was extracted by ultrasonic method and its content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: SinoChromODS-BP C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (29:71), detection wavelength: 270 nm, flow rate: 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: Icariin showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9992, n = 5) between 0.5 and 25.0 μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which provides a reference for the quality control methods of Shengli tablets.
