目的 研究精神疾病患者临床治疗中应用药物联合心理治疗的效果.方法 选取2019年1月-2020年7月期间在我院接受治疗的100例精神疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为A(n=50)、B(n=50)两组.给与A组患者单纯的药物治疗,而B组患者在药物治疗的基础上加以心理治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果?B组患者在积极因子和消极因子的各项评分上均显著优于A组患者,数据差异显著(P<0.05);同时A、B两组患者治疗有效率分别为70.00％和90.00％,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05).结论 在精神疾病患者的临床治疗中,采用药物联合心理疏导的方式进行治疗,能够显著改善患者的各项积极因子和消极因子,同时显著提升患者的临床治疗有效率,帮助患者恢复健康,值得临床推广.
