局限的鼻咽放线菌病非常罕见,近20年国内外文献仅报道3例。笔者遇见1例,报告如下。 患者,女,32岁。因头痛,后吸涕中带血1个月就诊。患者头痛有时放射至左耳及下颌处,无拔牙史和鼻腔手术病史。检查:鼻腔无明显异常,扁桃体及软腭无移位和溃烂,颈部无肿大淋巴结。间接鼻咽镜及纤维鼻咽镜检查示鼻咽顶壁偏左侧有2.0cm×1.5 cm大小的颗粒性隆起,有水肿及分泌物。
The limited nasopharyngeal actinomycosis is very rare, only reported in domestic and foreign literature in the past 20 years in 3 cases. I met one case, the report is as follows. Patient, female, 32 years old. Due to a headache, after taking tears in the blood for 1 month treatment. Patients with headache and sometimes radiation to the left ear and mandibular Department, no history of tooth extraction and nasal surgery. Check: no obvious nasal abnormalities, tonsils and soft palate no shift and ulceration, no enlarged neck lymph nodes. Indirect nasopharyngeal and fiber nasopharyngeal examination showed nasal pharyngeal left side of the left side of the 2.0cm × 1.5cm size of the granular bulge, with edema and secretions.
