目的:建立壮骨关节胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Alltima C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为246 nm。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在1.92～96.24μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000 0)和20.46～102.32μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为104.1%(RSD=0.8%)和99.9%(RSD=1.6%)。结论:本法简便、准确、稳定且无干扰,可用于壮骨关节胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for psoralen and isopsoralen in Zhuanggu joint capsule. METHODS: Alltima C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (50:50) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 and a detection wavelength of 246 nm. Results: The concentrations of psoralen and isopsoralen in the range of 1.92 ~ 96.24μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 1.000 0) and 20.46 ~ 102.32μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 1.000 0) The linearity was good with recoveries of 104.1% (RSD = 0.8%) and 99.9% (RSD = 1.6%), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, stable and non-interfering and can be used for the quality control of Zhuanggong capsule.
