目的对三门峡市2010-2014年实验室确诊麻疹病例进行流行病学特征分析,探讨控制麻疹的策略和措施。方法通过麻疹监测信息报告管理系统,收集2010-2014年三门峡市麻疹监测病例,采用描述性流行病学的方法对麻疹病例进行地区、人群、季节等分布的分析。结果 2010-2014年,三门峡市共报告80例实验室确诊麻疹病例,年均发病率为7.14/100万;发病主要集中在2-5月份;麻疹发病的重点地区为相对偏远的卢氏县;发病年龄以<1岁的婴儿为主,其次为成人。结论提高适龄儿童接种含麻成分疫苗的及时性,鼓励育龄妇女接种含麻成分疫苗,从而提高小月龄婴儿的免疫力,加大宣传力度,提高成人接种疫苗意识。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of laboratory measles cases from 2010 to 2014 in Sanmenxia City and to explore the strategies and measures for measles control. Methods Measles surveillance information reporting management system was collected from 2010 to 2014 in Sanmenxia City. Measles epidemiology was used to analyze the distribution of measles cases in different regions, populations and seasons. Results In 2010-2014, a total of 80 cases of laboratory-confirmed measles were reported in Sanmenxia City, with an average annual incidence of 7.14 / 1 million. The incidence mainly concentrated in the period of February-May. The key areas of measles were relatively remote Lushi County. Age of onset to <1 year old infants, followed by adults. Conclusion To improve the timeliness of vaccine for children of child-bearing age, and to encourage women of childbearing age to inoculate vaccines containing ingredients of hemp, so as to improve the immunity of baby with small month-old age, increase publicity and raise the awareness of adult vaccination.
