首先对多层喷射沉积工艺的发展及现状进行了简要评述。考虑到传统喷射沉积工艺的不足,著者发展了一种新的喷射沉积工艺。这种新的喷射沉积工艺的特点为:沉积方式为多层沉积,冷却方式为强制外冷和基体内水冷相结合。新工艺与传统工艺相比,具有喷射沉积物冷凝速度高,沉积物尺寸精度高,制备大型板、管坯时工艺简单等优点。著者采用新的喷射沉积工艺制得了耐热铝合金(Al-Fe-V-Si系)d_内150mm×180mm×10mm的管坯和500mm×350mm×10mm的板坯,坯块经过热轧后,获得良好的室温和高温力学性能。
First of all, the development and current status of multi-layer spray deposition process are briefly reviewed. Taking into account the lack of traditional spray deposition process, the authors developed a new spray deposition process. The new spray deposition process is characterized by: deposition method for the deposition of multiple layers, the cooling method is forced cooling and water-base combination of the body. Compared with the traditional process, the new process has the advantages of high condensing speed of the spray deposit, high precision of the size of the deposit, simple process of preparing the large board and the tube blank.
