肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome IBS)是最常见的功能性胃肠疾病之一,女性较多见。本实验借助去卵巢动物模型,测定不同卵巢激素水平下内脏高敏感大鼠背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion,DRG)5-HT_3受体的表达,以探讨卵巢激素在 IBS 发病过程中的作用。一、材料和方法(一)实验材料1.实验动物:SD 乳鼠,每12只与1只母鼠饲养在一笼,发育至25d 后与母鼠分开饲养,4只一笼。2.主要药物及试剂:苯甲酸雌二醇(estradiolbenzoate,E2):上海通用药业公司,黄体酮:浙江仙琚制药公司,兔抗鼠
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal diseases, more common in women. In this study, ovariectomized animal model was used to determine the expression of 5-HT_3 receptor in visceral hypersensitive rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) under different ovarian hormone levels to explore the role of ovarian hormones in the pathogenesis of IBS. Materials and Methods (a) Experimental Materials 1. Experimental animals: SD suckling rats, each of 12 and 1 female rats were housed in a cage. After 25 days of development, they were kept separately from their mothers and only one cage was used. 2.
