我场一台东方红-54拖拉机,1989年秋翻地时犁提升缓慢,工作几个班次后犁就提升不起来了。拆开齿轮泵后发现:齿轮轴前轴套上的两个导向钢丝装反了,使从动轴套逆从动齿轮轴的旋向转过一个角度,这样油泵工作时被动齿轮轴套的摩擦力矩恰使导向钢丝弹力削弱,使原应该贴紧的轴套接合面变为局部结合。受力面积减小、受力小均,轴套接合面局部严重磨损(图a)。正确安装后轴套接合面之间有一定的间隙(图b),高压油由此泄漏到低压腔,形不成压力油,不能继续工作了。
