本文用ＭＴＴ法对１２例骨肉瘤患者的瘤细胞数与光密度（ＯＤ）值的关系以及不同细胞数的原代骨肉瘤细胞对ＨＤＭＴＸ、ＶＣＲ、ＣＢＰ、ＭＭＣ、ＶＰ１６、ＰＭＢ的敏感性进行了考查，结果表明当肿瘤细胞数为９×１０４～１２×１０４个／孔时，ＯＤ值在０．１５以上，ＨＤＭＴＸ、ＭＭＣ、ＰＭＢ对瘤细胞的抑制率≥５０％。
The relationship between the number of tumor cells and optical density (OD) and the sensitivity of primary osteosarcoma cells of different cell numbers to HDMTX, VCR, CBP, MMC, VP16, and PMB in 12 cases of osteosarcoma were studied by MTT method. Examined, the results showed that when the number of tumor cells was 9×104 to 12×104/well, the OD value was above 0.15, and the inhibitory rate of HDMTX, MMC, and PMB on tumor cells was ≥50%.
