本文用MTT法对12例骨肉瘤患者的瘤细胞数与光密度(OD)值的关系以及不同细胞数的原代骨肉瘤细胞对HDMTX、VCR、CBP、MMC、VP16、PMB的敏感性进行了考查,结果表明当肿瘤细胞数为9×104~12×104个/孔时,OD值在0.15以上,HDMTX、MMC、PMB对瘤细胞的抑制率≥50%。
The relationship between the number of tumor cells and optical density (OD) and the sensitivity of primary osteosarcoma cells of different cell numbers to HDMTX, VCR, CBP, MMC, VP16, and PMB in 12 cases of osteosarcoma were studied by MTT method. Examined, the results showed that when the number of tumor cells was 9×104 to 12×104/well, the OD value was above 0.15, and the inhibitory rate of HDMTX, MMC, and PMB on tumor cells was ≥50%.
