目的观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将44例病例随即分为治疗组和对照组两组,对照组给予西医治疗。治疗组在此基础上加服自拟疏风宣肺止咳方。结果总有效率:治疗组为90.9%,对照组为68.1%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘更为有效,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods 44 cases were divided into treatment group and control group two groups, the control group given Western medical treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group added self-made Shufeng Xuanfei Zhike Fang. Results The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 68.1% in the control group, which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cough variant asthma is more effective, the recurrence rate is low.
