中国工商银行广西桂林市分行拓宽工作思路,促成亏损的临桂制药厂和桂林三金药业集团联合,使银行、企业、政府三赢的介绍文章和姜建清行长对此的批示在本刊11期发表,引起了工商银行各级干部和广大员工的关注。大家学习桂林市分行经验,领会姜行长的批示精神,齐心协力,在调整资产结构、提高资产质量的攻坚中,努力拼搏,奋发前进。为了进一步推动资产质量攻坚工作,落实姜行长批示精神,我们选择四篇稿件,予以刊发,希望以此推动全行学习桂林市分行经验活动的进一步开展。
