特色是有内涵的个性《幼儿100》:近两年,“建设特色幼儿园”成为很多园所提出的目标,你怎么理解“特色”?杜春霞:最重要的一点,特色不是特长。我认为,特色应当是幼儿园在出色地完成保教任务的同时,自身形成的独特、稳定、优质的个性风貌因素的统称。具体地说,特色幼儿园在历史背景、文化底蕴、办园理念、发展机制、管理模式、师资建设、教学内容、幼教科研等方面都应有鲜明的独特之处或个性特点。
