人口老龄化问题已经成为一种明显而又严峻的社会问题,已经影响到社会的发展与进步,把人口老龄化转变成健康老龄化将在很大程度上减轻社会的压力,老年人进行体育锻炼就是使社会朝着健康老龄化方向发展的一种有效措施。老年人在进行体育锻炼时面临着很多来自社会环境的问题,体育锻炼设施场地不足,养老保险,医疗保险体系不够完善,环境污染比较严重,同时也存在着自身一些锻炼不当,身体情况不好,工作忙碌的问题,从政府人民的角度采取积极有效的措施减轻缓解问题能够帮助老人进行积极有效的体育锻炼,不仅能够使老人身体健康,也能缓和一些社会矛盾,使社会朝着健康老龄化发展。
