学前教育人才的音乐能力是其专业构成中重要的一部分内容,也是高职音乐教学中的重点教程。然而在教学实践中发现,当前高职学前教育专业的声乐教学还存在一定的制约因素。笔者结合教学实践拟从人才能力需求出发,就建设声乐教学模块化的课群、引入多元结合的教学组织模式、强化即兴弹唱和即兴编创能力的培养、完善岗位实训机制等4个方面,来探讨高职学前教育专业声乐教学的改革策略。
Music ability of pre-school education talents is an important part of its professional composition, and it is also a key course in higher vocational music teaching. However, in teaching practice, it is found that there are still some restrictive factors in the vocal teaching of pre-primary education in vocational colleges. Based on the demand of talent ability, the author proposes to construct a modular group of vocal music teaching, introduce a multi-combination teaching organization model, strengthen improvisation, improvisation and creative ability training, and improve post training mechanism.
