本文提出一个用化学发光测定痕量碘离子的新方法。基于碘离子对高锰酸钾-鲁米诺体系发光的抑制作用而测定其发光强度的减弱。碘离子浓度在0.4—20ppb呈线性关系。测定14.5ppb碘离子的变异系数为4.1%(n=6)。标准碘的回收率大于95%。本方法灵敏度高,检测限为0.4ppb。用于天然水中碘离子的测定得到满意的结果。
This paper presents a new method for the determination of trace amounts of iodide using chemiluminescence. The decrease of the luminescence intensity of the potassium permanganate-luminol system was determined based on the inhibitory effect of iodide on luminescence. The iodide ion concentration is linear at 0.4-20 ppb. The coefficient of variation of 14.5 ppb iodide was determined to be 4.1% (n = 6). Standard iodine recovery is greater than 95%. The method of high sensitivity, detection limit of 0.4ppb. Used for determination of iodine in natural water to obtain satisfactory results.
