在春播和夏播两种环境条件下,对220个普×爆家系的玉米穗粒性状及其与膨化倍数进行了相关分析,结果表明,除穗行数外,各穗粒性状均分离出较多优于爆裂亲本的家系;穗粒性状是由微效多基因控制的数量性状;穗粗、穗粒重、百粒重对膨化倍数的直接作用均为较大负效应,穗长的直接作用为较大正效应,其它性状通过穗长对膨化倍数的间接作用均为正效应.因此,可以直接对穗长进行正向选择,提高普×爆后代选系的产量.
