一、上海海外企业发展概况改革开放后,上海也象全国其他经济发达城市一样,开始了企业的跨国经营活动。经过10多年的发展,上海的对外直接投资已初具规模,到1990年3月底,上海在国外和港澳地区开办的非贸易性企业(包括我方独资和合资的项目)共53家,总投资金额5336.18万美元,我方投资金额2787.94万美元,占投资总额的52.25%。上海发展海外投资、创办跨国公司的时间并不长,但这些年的初步实践已预示了这一事业的必然趋势和光辉前景,也为今后上海更好地搞海外企业积累了一些经验和值得借鉴的教训。
I. Overview of the development of Shanghai’s overseas enterprises After reforms and opening up, Shanghai, like other economically developed cities in the country, began its transnational business activities. After more than 10 years of development, Shanghai’s outward foreign direct investment has begun to take shape. By the end of March 1990, there were a total of 53 non-tradable enterprises (including our wholly-owned and joint venture projects) opened by Shanghai in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Macau. The amount of 53.618 million US dollars, our investment amount of 27,879,400 US dollars, accounting for 52.25% of total investment. It is not a long time for Shanghai to develop overseas investment and establish transnational corporations. However, the preliminary practice in these years has foreshadowed the inevitable trend and brilliant prospects of this undertaking. It also accumulated some experience and worth learning for Shanghai to better engage in overseas enterprises in the future. Lessons.
