本刊上期刊登了6月底在南宁举行“全国石灰石粉在水泥与混凝土中应用技术研讨会暨水泥与混凝土用碳酸盐粉体材料产业技术创新战略联盟成立大会”的消息后,收到读者李亚玲的来信,表达了对此事的不同看法。因为涉及技术问题,编辑部特邀“水泥与混凝土用碳酸盐粉体材料产业技术创新战略联盟”秘书长、北京建筑大学教授宋少民就此进行了解释。现将两封来信全文发表如下,供业内人士参考,以便达成共识。

Because of technical issues involved, editorial department invited “cement and concrete carbonate powder materials industry technology innovation strategic alliance,” Secretary-General, Beijing University of Architectural Professor Song Shaomin explained. The full text of the two letters are now published as follows for the reference of the industry in order to reach a consensus.
