硝酸酯、肼苯哒嗪及哌唑嗪等非特异性血管扩张剂在充血性心力衰竭应用中的初步鼓午性结果,引起了使用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂的兴趣。这类药物不仅是有效的血管扩张剂,同时亦可用以了解肾素-血管紧张素系统在充血性心力衰竭中所起的作用。本文报道应用巯甲丙脯氨酸治疗11例中度至重度充血性心力衰竭的初步经验。
Initial drumming results in the use of nonspecific vasodilators such as nitrates, hydralazine and prazosin in congestive heart failure have raised interest in the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors. These drugs are not only effective vasodilators, but they are also used to understand the role of the renin-angiotensin system in congestive heart failure. This article reports the initial experience with the use of captopril in the treatment of 11 cases of moderate to severe congestive heart failure.
