国际劳工组织制定的国际劳工公约与建议书,是国际劳工标准的主要形式。公约和建议书涉及的内容,随着世界经济和文明的发展以及社会进步而不断丰富和扩展。国际劳工组织制定的国际劳工标准从大的方面讲,可分为三类:1.基本人权类:包括结社自由、集体谈判、强迫劳动、机会和待遇平等、童工劳动等方面的公约。
International Labor Conventions and Recommendations formulated by the International Labor Organization are the main forms of international labor standards. The contents of conventions and proposals are continuously enriched and expanded with the development of the world economy and civilization as well as social progress. International labor standards developed by the ILO can be broadly classified into three categories: 1. Basic human rights categories: Conventions that include freedom of association, collective bargaining, forced labor, equal opportunities and treatment, child labor.
