目的 了解农村医疗机构适宜急救技术的项目需求和培训需求,为适宜急救技术的科学筛选、有效推广提供参考依据.方法 采用典型抽样的方法,于2015年6月-2016年5月对南通地区二级及二级以下的医院380名从事基层医疗工作的医生进行问卷调查.结果 92.36％(351/380)的调查对象赞成适宜急救技术在本地区推广,90.26％(343/380)的调查对象非常愿意或愿意掌握新的适宜急救技术;55.54％的调查对象首选“现场心肺复苏术”作为在农村推广的适宜急救技术;调查对象的培训需求较强.结论 农村适宜急救技术的科学筛选是保证其推广应用的基础,适宜性是筛选适宜急救技术的要点.“,”Objective To explore the requirement of feasible emergency technique and technology and among rural medical institutions,to provide reference for scientific and effective popularization and application feasible emergency technique and technology,we began our study.Methods Totally380 doctors working in medical institutions were interviewed face-to-face using typical sampling method in rural area of Nantong.Results For all respondents,92.36％ expected feasible emergency technology to be applicated in local area and 90.26％ liked to grasp the new technique and technology.The cardio-pulmonary resuscitation were prefered by 55.54％ of the respondents.Conclusion Scientific screening feasible technique and technology is necessary for popularization and application them in rural area
