在23例单侧性含钙肾结石者与9例单侧性肾积水的非尿石者中,对比研究了分侧肾盂尿的成石因素,发现尿石组患侧肾盂尿结晶检出率为34.8%,健侧为8.4%,P<0.05。随着肾积水程度加重,尿Ca浓度显著降低。在5例仅有轻度肾积水的尿石者中,发现患侧尿钙浓度显著高于健侧(P<0.02),并有高尿P、Ox、uA及低尿Mg浓度等3项以上异常。尿石组患肾尿Ca与P、Mg浓度相关性与健肾等显著不同(P<0.05~0.01),提示患结石肾肾小管有引起结石形成的原发性功能异常。
