目的 :探讨PHLDA3在肝细胞癌中的表达及其对肝细胞癌生物学行为的影响。方法 :通过实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组化检测肝细胞癌组织中PHLDA3 m RNA和蛋白的表达情况,分析PHLDA3的表达与肝细胞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 :肝细胞癌组织中PHLDA3 m RNA和蛋白的表达均明显低于邻近非瘤肝组织,PHLDA3的表达水平与肝细胞癌患者的AFP、结节数目、血管侵犯、TNM分期和BCLC分期紧密相关。结论 :PHLDA3在肝细胞癌中低表达,与肝细胞癌的不良临床病理特征密切相关,可能是肝细胞癌侵袭转移的抑制因素。
Objective: To investigate the expression of PHLDA3 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its effect on the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The expression of PHLDA3 mRNA and protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between PHLDA3 expression and the clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed. Results: The expression of PHLDA3 m RNA and protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in adjacent non-tumorous liver tissues. The expression level of PHLDA3 was closely related to AFP, number of nodules, vascular invasion, TNM staging and BCLC staging in hepatocellular carcinoma . Conclusion: The low expression of PHLDA3 in hepatocellular carcinoma is closely related to the poor clinical and pathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma, which may be the inhibitory factor of the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
