企业是以追求效益为目标的,机场作为特殊的企业,在社会主义市场经济条件下,同样应按市场规律走企业化经营之路,这样才能确保资源的优化配置和合理利用。机场属地化管理对提高机场运营效率、改善亏损局面具有积极意义,但机场属地化管理后,能否真正提高效率?能否使东西部地区机场得到均衡发展?还需要各级政府的政策推动。
