文本采用~3H 标记输精管绝育粘堵剂α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(俗称“504”),测定其在大鼠体内的吸收,分布和排泄,实验结果表明血液中放射性药量极低,到51天时未再测出放射性药物。在给药以后3天可测出脏器组织少量含放射性药量,至3个月后,绝大多数脏器未再测出放射性药量。经尿和粪的排泄实验,观察到~3H-504少量被大鼠机体吸收后能较快排出。在埋有~3H-504的右侧输精管局部,在整个实验观察期间,放射性残留量均保持在93—98%,说明~3H-504在机体内无长期蓄积作用。
