监测检验作业场所空气中的有害物质及接触有害物质者的生物材料,是劳动卫生工作的主要组成部分,常是整个工作过程的先导。因此,探讨和研究监测检验方法,对做好劳动卫生工作具有重要的现实意义。 监测检验方法的进展 目前监测检验方法的进展情况,在监测空气中有害物质浓度方面,主要是采样器械的不断改进和创新,而在生物学监测方面则是进入机体的外源性毒物或其代谢产物监测项目的日益扩展和更新。检验方面则是趋向于发挥仪器分析的优势,并为着检验的精益求精而实施质量控制。
