目的测定孕马尿提取物中多种无机元素的含量。方法采用微波消解法对孕马尿提取物进行消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱建立了孕马尿提取物中钠(Na)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)等9种元素同时检测的方法,以内标法进行定量测定。结果各元素的线性关系良好,相关系数R2≥0.9994,该方法的检测限为0.05~0.27ng·g~(-1),加样回收率在94.3%~103.7%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度高,重复性好,为孕马尿提取物的质量评价提供依据。
Objective To determine the content of various inorganic elements in pregnant horse urine extract. Methods The urinary extracts of pregnant and marijuana were digested by microwave digestion. The contents of Na, K, Ca, Mg and Pb in pregnant and marijuana urine extract were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Pb, Cd, Cu, As, Hg and so on, were determined by internal standard method. Results The linearity of each element was good, with a correlation coefficient of R2 ≥ 0.994. The detection limit was 0.05-0.27ng · g -1, and the recoveries were 94.3% -103.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, high precision, reproducible, and provides a basis for the quality evaluation of pregnant and urinary extracts.
