癌性发热常见于肿瘤的进展期，有广泛的肿瘤坏死或明显的肿瘤破坏。又由于肿瘤患者免疫功能抑制，常并发各种感染而引起发热。因此肿瘤患者发热的鉴别诊断是临床面临的一个重要课题。我们对105例伴有发热的癌症或可疑恶性肿瘤患者使用萘普生（Naproxen）进行鉴别诊断，报告如下 Cancerous fever is common in the advanced stage of tumors, with extensive tumor necrosis or obvious tumor destruction.
