目的:总结分析消毒供应中心质量管理中应用微信朋友圈的价值。方法:医院消毒供应中心在2013年4月~2014年4月采用常规的质量管理方法,在此期间完成各类医疗器材消毒6300件,2014年5月~2015年5月在消毒供应中心质量管理过程中除了常规的管理方法,同时还应用了微信朋友圈,在此期间完成各类医疗器材消毒6500件,比较分析两个不同时间段消毒中心内在质量管理效果。结果:在因消毒不到位造成的患者感染发生率、消毒物品丢失率、医疗器械的循环时间及质量管理满意度方面,应用微信朋友圈之后与之前存在着明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心管理中应用微信朋友圈,可促进信息的及时发布,有助于消毒供应中心人员及时发现问题,解决问题,提高质量管理满意度,促进消毒供应中心工作的顺利开展。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the value of WeChat friends circle in the quality control of disinfection supply center. Methods: The hospital disinfection supply center in April 2013 ~ April 2014 using conventional quality management methods, during which the completion of various types of medical equipment disinfection 6300, May 2014 ~ May 2015 in the Disinfection Supply Center Quality Management In addition to the conventional management methods, we also applied the WeChat circle of friends. During this period, we completed 6,500 sterilization of various types of medical equipment, and compared and analyzed the internal quality management results of disinfection centers in two different time periods. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the use of WeChat friends circle and the incidence of patient infection, loss rate of disinfectant items, medical device cycle time and quality management satisfaction due to inadequate disinfection. Conclusion: The application of WeChat circle of friends in the management of disinfection supply center can promote the timely release of information and help the staff of disinfection supply center to detect and solve problems in time, improve the quality management satisfaction and promote the smooth implementation of disinfection supply center.
