目的:调查了解部分军队疗养院拖鞋卫生现状,为加强相关监督管理工作提供依据。方法:按照地域随机抽取6家军队疗养院的在用拖鞋进行随机采样,严格根据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》GB/T17220-1998标准进行采样,按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》GB/T18204-2000标准进行检测。结果:本调查共采集拖鞋表面涂抹拭子140份,除天津疗养院采样40份外,其他各家疗养院分别采样20份。各疗养院拖鞋带真菌情况为(351.27±770.66)cfu/25cm2,中位数为27.50cfu/25cm2,带菌范围为0~2500cfu/25cm~2,带菌率为94.29%;依照《公共场所用品卫生标准-WS205-2001》中有关鞋类的卫生标准,合格率为48.57%。南方地区疗养院拖鞋涂抹拭子细菌菌落总数秩均值为92.35,显著高于北方地区疗养院的54.11(P<0.05)。结论:军队疗养院需进一步加强拖鞋卫生管理力度,保障疗养员身体健康。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the sanitary status of slippers in some sanatoriums of the armed forces, and provide evidences for strengthening supervision and management. Methods: According to random sampling of 6 military sanatoriums by region according to the random sampling of slippers, strictly according to “public health monitoring technical specifications” GB / T17220-1998 standard sampling, according to “public places health standard test method” GB / T18204- 2000 standard for testing. Results: In this survey, a total of 140 smear swabs were collected on the surface of slippers. In addition to 40 specimens taken from Tianjin Nursing Home, 20 samples were collected from other nursing homes. The fungistatic conditions of slippers in nursing home were (351.27 ± 770.66) cfu / 25cm2, median was 27.50cfu / 25cm2, the carrying range was 0-2500cfu / 25cm2, the carrying rate was 94.29%. According to the hygiene standards of public places - WS205-2001 "in the health standards of footwear, with a pass rate of 48.57%. The average number of bacterial colonies in the slippers of the nursing home in the south was 92.35, significantly higher than that of the nursing home in the north (54.11, P <0.05). Conclusion: The military sanitariums need to further strengthen the health management of slippers and ensure the health of the sanitariums.
