目前肿瘤已经成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,确定和发现一种能够预测肿瘤生物学行为的标记物十分重要。抑癌基因运动相关蛋白1/CD9能参与调节细胞生长、迁移、信号传导和黏附效应,并与整合素结合形成跨膜复合体,调节细胞间及细胞与细胞外基质的信号传导,在肿瘤细胞转化、生长、侵袭、转移及凋亡过程中起重要作用。本文就运动相关蛋白1/CD9的结构、功能及其在肿瘤中的研究现状作一综述。
